GraviMaze — Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how the GraviMaze mobile game (“the App”, “GraviMaze”) handles information. The App is developed and published by David Hart, an individual developer based in Switzerland (“we”, “us”, “the developer”). For any privacy-related question, contact us at privacy@gravimaze.app.
Short summary
GraviMaze is an offline puzzle game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data about you. The App does not contain analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not require an account.
The only data the App produces is your game progress (completed levels, scores, settings), which is saved locally on your device and never sent to us or to any third party.
If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center (on iOS) or Google Play Games Services (on Android), the App reports your level scores and achievements to those services so that leaderboards and achievements work. Those services are operated by Apple and Google respectively, under their own privacy policies. Game Center / Google Play Games sign-in is optional; the App is fully playable without it.
Information we collect
We collect no personal information directly. Specifically, the App does not collect, transmit, or have access to:
- your name, email address, phone number, or postal address;
- your precise or approximate location;
- your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or camera;
- your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID);
- any unique device identifier used to track you;
- your IP address;
- diagnostics, analytics, or crash reports;
- any payment information (the App contains no in-app purchases).
Information stored on your device
The App saves the following information locally on your device, in the App’s private storage. It is never transmitted to us:
- which levels you have completed;
- your high scores and collected coins per level;
- gameplay counters (rotations, doors opened, teleports, blocks destroyed, deaths, restarts, win streaks);
- your audio settings (music on/off).
You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the App.
Third-party services
Apple Game Center (iOS only)
If you are signed in to Game Center on your iOS device, the App will submit your scores and achievement progress to Game Center so that leaderboards and achievements work. The App does not access your Game Center friends list, profile, or any other Game Center data. Game Center is operated by Apple Inc. and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
You can disable Game Center reporting at any time in your device settings (Settings → Game Center).
Google Play Games Services (Android only)
If you sign in to Google Play Games Services on your Android device, the App will submit your scores and achievement progress to Google Play Games so that leaderboards and achievements work. Google Play Games is operated by Google LLC and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Sign-in is optional. You can sign out at any time from the Google Play Games app on your device.
Apple App Store / Google Play
When you install or update the App, the Apple App Store or Google Play handles the transaction. We receive only aggregate, anonymous statistics (e.g. number of downloads per country) from these stores. We do not receive your name, email, or any other personal information from them.
Cookies, tracking, advertising
The App does not use cookies, web beacons, advertising networks, or any cross-app or cross-site tracking technology.
Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game with no content collected from users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe that a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@gravimaze.app and we will investigate.
Your rights
Because we collect no personal data, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nFADP) respectively, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. If you are located in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@gravimaze.app; we will respond within the statutory time frame.
For data held by Apple Game Center, please contact Apple. For data held by Google Play Games Services, please contact Google.
Data retention
We retain no personal data. Local game-progress data on your device is retained for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App removes it.
International data transfers
We perform no international data transfers because we collect no data.
Security
Because no personal information is transmitted to or stored by us, there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your information. Local data is protected by the operating system’s standard sandboxing (iOS Data Protection / Android per-app storage).
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, post a notice in the App. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
